Farm Club / Culinary Club: After-school programs at K-8 partner schools make the connection between sustainable farming, culinary skills, and STEM learning, and social-emotional growth.That’s not all Jones Valley is doing, however. The organization’s program Good School Food is focused on expanding classroom learning into after-school and apprentice programs, where students can practice hands-on farming. The nonprofit serves K through 12th-grade students who might not have access to good, whole foods and want to learn more about farm-to-table meals.
